Шло 2 месяца в Волгоград. Кружка работает. Коробка слегка помята, но это как всегда наша почта. Поставил 2 батарейки ААА ( нет в комплекте) и всё работает. С продавцом не общался.

The article complies with its function, makes the coffee sparkling, it is resistant to very hot liquids and does not let that heat pass to the degree of burning when you grab the rate, I tested it with cappuccino envelopes and the result is excellent.

Fifth year I buy such mugs. two a year, one two, worked. Some were more qualitative (the same gaps). This lower cover is not even in burrs (not critical, but still). Waited for two months-the package was unfolding, used to work better, and maybe cowid is to blame!?

Very good product, which is an eye-catcher. Does what it is designed to do. Which makes the time making tea, coffee or hot chocolate much more enjoyable. However the product took 59 days to come to London, which is appalling. 9 days over the max delivery time. Just keep that in mind when ordering ( basically 2 months for delivery). The tracking service is not that accurate either. Aside from all the negatives the product is still good
