After placing order than I understand the USB type-C is only USB 3.0 not USB 3.1 Gen 2. Got the wrong item, so will became a spare item...
Mostly working great. There are two minor problems. The cable is a little short for my environment but it is not a big deal and I can manage it. When I wake up my laptop from a sleep mode, sometimes the laptop's boot speed is faster than the hub's reconnection speed. So for a few seconds, the laptop loses its internet connection and it causes my messenger programs to automatically log me out.

the product is GOOD. its just the delivery time take more than a month for me (Malaysia). guess its because the item is from oversea and i just choose the standard delivery option. If you are not in rush to have the item its OK.
